Gee, I hope nobody ever enters this picture in a contest!
On a recent visit to his Grandmother's house, Banks had to go walkies in the rain and had left his raincoat in Chicago. Much to his embarrassment, he had to borrow his Uncle Charles' (a miniature Dachshund) too small raincoat and wear a plastic bag bonnet to boot. The horror!
