For the first time at Doggy Style we'll be partnering with ArtReach at Lillstreet to bring the neighborhood the first of perhaps many in our "Make Stuff" series. I love to make stuff, and I love my pets. Now is our chance to make stuff for our pets - in clay!
When: Sunday, July 24th from 10am until noon.
What: At this special two-hour workshop held at Doggy Style Pet Shop, a professional clay artist will guide you through the creation and decoration of a dog or cat bowl for the most loved pet in the house! Each bowl can be made in any way, shape and size that suits your special pet. We have wonderful ideas, playful textures, lettering stamps, and lots of colors. Participants may also go clay crazy and make paw prints, doggie cookie bowls - whatever you want! The artwork you make will be clear glazed and fired at Lillstreet Art Center and ready for you to pick up at Doggy Style about 10- 14 days later.
Cost per person is $20 for adults and $5 for children accompanying a paid adult. You can pay in advance to reserve your slot by calling Doggy Style Pet Shop at (773) 235-9663 - or pay at the door. In addition, feel free to come and go during the two-hour workshop!
